Hello, I’m Elaine

I have worked in Human Resources / Organizational Development my whole career, with a few years dedicated to teaching Management skills at Colorado State University. I am currently a Director of HR for a worldwide sales, services, and marketing group and work across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

My Leadership style is about excellence, collaboration, innovation, and having fun in the process. I bring energy and enthusiasm to every project and my best days are when I have helped a leader solve their toughest problem.

I value community – being a part of and creating community whether it is my book group, a hiking group or the sales leaders that I would with every day.

Outside of work I enjoy travel, hiking, and being creative with fiber arts. I am always looking for a new, different place to go. In 2013 our family started a new tradition of hiking one of the top 10 hikes each year and so far we have hiked Half Dome and the Narrows. This year we are headed to Moab in October.

I look forward to creating new communities through the Sacbe Way.

Hello, I’m Kathy

I entered the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse over 25 years ago. In the beginning of my career, I loved taking care of patients. Then as I grew in experience I moved on to management and leadership positions, most recently as the Executive Director of Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice in Evergreen, Colorado, where I am lucky enough to call home.

My experience in the workplace provided great insight for me regarding what people want most and what holds them back.

Now in The Wisdom Shift, my consulting and coaching practice, I’m using my accumulated skills and wisdom to support others on their leadership and life journeys.

By becoming certified in The Sacbe Way™ I’m now able to add another dimension of service to my clients. This proven process of managing and building on life’s relentless changes provides the support and structure that is needed to move on in life in a positive and proactive way.

On a personal note, I am lucky enough to call Evergreen, CO my home, that I share with my husband Mark and our 2 dogs. Our 3 sons are grown and making their way in the world on their own now. We’re missing day to day life with them, yet enjoying the solitude of the empty nest

Hello, I’m Lorna

Hi, I’m Lorna an accomplished businesswoman, wife, mother, grandmother to four lovely granddaughters and community volunteer. With over 37 years of banking and leasing experience my advisory and personal relationship approach has inspired many business owners to set goals and elevate their businesses to new heights. Banking has been my focus since my first job as a teller in my hometown bank in rural Nebraska! My Father inspired me to always reach out and assist others in need and banking seemed to fit that value extremely well.

I believe in giving back to my community so I have served as a volunteer and board member for many nonprofit organizations. My hobbies include golf, music, reading and traveling.

I’m enthusiastically living my life as John Wesley writes in his poem:

  • Do all the good you can.
  • By all the means you can.
  • In all the ways you can.
  • At all the times you can
  • To all the people you can.
  • As long as ever you can.

I look forward to meeting you on The Sacbe Way!
